Option 1:   Open up in a different browser.
Close all the browsers and tabs you have open.
Try to go to the same desired site in another browser.

 

Option 2:  Try to clear the cache / browser history
Sometimes cached files / memory / history can cause issues within the browser.
Close all the browsers and tabs you have open.
 

In chrome, Go to the 3 dots stacked, go to history, and open the history tab.

On the left side, there is a “delete browser history”
 Change the time range to “all time”, and select check marks on Browsing History, Cookies, and cache.

 

In Firefox, go to the hamburger symbol right top side.    Then History.   Then clear recent history. 

Select “Everything” and Check mark history, cookies, and cached files, and hit clear.

 

Now, reopen the browser of your choice, and try to go to the site again and login. 

 

 

Option 3:  Give the PC a reboot.

Just like it says.  Reboot the PC and see if its still something that is a stale login or cached file.

 

Option 4:   Try an “Incognito Window”
 Try an “incognito window” on the browser.   (also called “private browser”)
