Having issues with your iPhone or android and email coming through?
Sometimes the "Authentication" or "Token" is broken between your device and MO365.
It just requires re-authorization. Follow the steps below to reauthorize your device.
Step 1: At the bottom of your inbox on your device, it should state an account error of some nature like this.
Step 2: Click details, and it should bring up the details of that error like this.
Step 3: Click Settings, and it will request for you to Re-Enter Password for that account.
Step 4: Once you click that button, it will bring up the web-based login for your email on Microsoft.
Enter your email password here. Keep in mind, 2FA is most likely enabled, and you will be required to enter your 2FA to authenticate yourself. Once you do this, the email then should work!
If you do not see the “Account Error” at the bottom of your mailbox like the first image shows, alternatively you can go to
Settings à Apps à Mail à Mail Accounts à
Click on the email account affected by the missing password.
It should allow you to RE-ENTER the password at the top.
